FORD/EVEREST FASCIA
DESCRIPTION
Lightforce Custom Built replacement switch fascia for the Ford Ranger PX MK2, replaces the existing fascia that is located in the central lower dash. It has two x 12 volt outlets and is compatible with all 37 PX MK2 models and the three Ford Everest models. The finish of the replacement switch fascia for the Ford Ranger PX MK2 is matte black, and installation takes approximately 30 minutes and only requires a 7mm ring spanner and medium screwdriver as the surrounding panels simply pull off (a little force is required as each panel has at least 6 retaining clips).
FEATURES:
The fascia is a direct replacement panel with zero modification required to the existing surrounding console, maintaining the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) look of the vehicle. It will accommodate 3 standard OEM style switches. The standard switch used is the popular and readily available late model aftermarket Toyota switch (Lightforce part # CBSWTY2) as used in the 200 Series Landcruiser and Prado 150. A single switch (CBSWTY2) and two switch blanks are provided with the fascia; the blanks have been designed to accommodate the REDARC® Tow-Pro™ remote brake controller. On the back of the blanks will be two corresponding indents to aid in drilling the two required holes, and extra blanks are available.
When fitting the Tow-Pro™ remote brake controller it is recommended purchasing the optional network cable (P#CBRJ45) as the cable supplied in the original kit will not fit due to space restrictions within the console. The fascia relocates in the exact same mounting points as the original so no additional fixtures or adhesives are required.
The two existing 12v outlets will need to be removed from the original fascia and refitted into the new fascia that incorporates the switches. This is where the medium screwdriver is required.
OPTIONS FOR THE FORD RANGER PX MK2 SWITCH FASCIA:
- Dual 2.1 amp (4.2A in total) outputs that are fully regulated and surge protected.
- Independent illumination that is fully dimmable via existing dash light circuit, separate from the main input power, so illumination is not always on; a unique feature of our product.
- All cables are over 1.5 metres long, USB power input (red wire) in is fitted with a Micro-2 fuse tap for direct fitment to the fuse box. Earth cable (black wire) is pre-terminated with a ring terminal and independent LED illumination (blue wire) for connection to existing dash light circuit.
- The optional network cable (P#CBRJ45) is 1200mm long with a wire gauge of 24AWG and is designed to fit neatly within the limited space available.
In addition to the switch blank and switch, our dual 2.1 amp USB charger is also compatible with this fascia however the USB charger will only fit in the centre position.
It is suitable for charging high powered devices like tablets, mobile phones and gaming consoles or powering navigation units and in car DVR’s.

DELIVERY FEE

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
All deliveries are registered and require a signature upon delivery. If there's no one at home, a card will be left with instructions to collect your order. Non bulky items can be delivered to the PO Box.
BULKY ITEMS: Once the product has reached the nearest depot from the delivery address, the delivery company will contact you via the contact number you have provided at checkout to arrange a suitable time for delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made to deliver the item free of charge before you need to pick up the item yourself from the depot (a card will be left with the details of the depot).
SPLIT CONSIGNMENT / DELIVERIES
On occasions, an order may contain multiple items which may need to be delivered by multiple courier companies. Hence the products may arrive at different times.
SHIPPING DELAYS
There could be delays in delivery from time to time due to the following reasons:
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping address.
- Pandemic like situations where the supply chain is affected due to staff shortages at courier companies
- If the payment capture process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until alternate payment arrangements can be made.
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers.
RETURNS
There may be occasions when you will need to return your products. We have designed our returns policy to make this process very simple.
All goods purchased from Trek Hardware come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We offer replacement / repair / store credit / refund if the product is faulty such as:
- Major failure of a product
- The product you received doesn’t match what was described to you
- Don’t do what they are supposed to do
You must provide us with the proof of purchase (e.g. your Trek Hardware purchase receipt, online tax invoice, credit card or bank statements). Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Any product purchased from Trek Hardware can be returned within 14 days from the time it was received. For change of mind returns, the product:
- must be in its original condition.
- must be unused.
- must have all the tags still attached to it (if any).
Buyer has to cover the cost of return postage for all change of mind returns. The return will only get processed once Trek Hardware has received and inspected the product. The delivery fee is non-refundable for change of mind returns. For change of mind returns, Trek Hardware will not be responsible if the item gets lost in transit during the return shipping.
EXCEPTIONS:
Following items are excluded from the change of mind returns:
- Sleeping Bags.
- Special Orders.
- Workshop assembled items if Trek Hardware was given the wrong measurements.
